The ideal candidate will have coaching experience with sprints, relays, long jump, and triple jump. This role requires a proven background in coaching track & field, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a genuine passion for guiding student-athletes to grow both athletically and personally. The assistant coach will help to foster a culture of teamwork, sportsmanship, and excellence while mentoring students in character, discipline, and academic balance.
