Responsibilities

Summary

  • Provides leadership, communication, and guidance to all physicians, mid-level providers, clinic team leaders, and staff in assigned clinics, while promoting the values and mission of Forefront Dermatology
  • Accountable for cultivating clinic leadership, driving operational excellence, and delivering a patient experience that achieves the highest levels of patient satisfaction and retention
  • Accountable for clinic-level economic profitability and growth by monitoring and analyzing financial performance reports for individual physicians and mid-level providers, as well as clinics overall
  • Acts as the primary communication liaison between Support Services and clinics, including corporate policy and procedural changes as well as clinic operational protocols
  • Responsible for clinic staffing functions, partnering with Human Resources on candidate selection and interviewing, performance evaluations, and discipline and development
  • Effectively oversees multiple clinics (number varies based on clinician/staff count)

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree required. Preference may be given to candidates with education or training in a medical support field such as Medical Assistant, LPN, RN, or BSN.

Experience & Requirements

  • 2 years of work experience in dermatology, 5 years of related work experience, demonstrated excellent team leader experience with Forefront Dermatology, or commensurate experience in a related healthcare setting
  • Must maintain current status on all applicable state certifications, licenses, and/or registrations
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that allows for insurability
  • Familiarity with computers and healthcare software, including:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
    • Patient scheduling programs
    • Microsoft Office® Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
