Concord Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in property engineering, leadership, and maintenance while making a meaningful impact on a high-traffic property. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for developing their team.

As a Concord Leader you will be responsible to:

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, motivate, and review engineering staff to ensure strong team performance
  • Perform repairs and routine maintenance of all operating systems
  • Oversee inventory management, departmental budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications/licenses
  • Provide effective communication and updates to the Chief Engineer, General Manager, Concord leadership, and ownership regarding areas of concern
