Looking for a highly organized person who wants to learn how a growing company actually runs behind the scenes.

This role works directly with the COO and gets exposure to operations, projects, hiring, and leadership decision making.

Employment Type

Flexible schedule with availability during 9am–5pm

About the Role

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support the COO of a fast-growing company.

This role goes beyond basic administrative work. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating projects, organizing information, and helping execute priorities.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on exposure to operations, business strategy, and project management.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination

  2. Organize and manage email communication

  3. Coordinate vendors and outside partners

  4. Track and process certain payments and invoices

  5. Maintain and organize spreadsheets in Google Sheets

  6. Help document internal processes and procedures

  7. Support hiring coordination and scheduling interviews

  8. Assist with project tracking and operational tasks

  9. Maintain organized records and documentation

Qualifications

  1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  2. Comfortable working with Google Sheets

  3. Strong written communication skills

  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities
