Overview

ServiceLink, one of the top providers in the mortgage services industry seeks a talented, ambitious, self-directed information technology professional to guide the product management life cycle process from conception to launch working closely with the business, information technology, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
This is a hybrid role, and will be required to work in-office at our Plano, TX or Moon Twp., PA office at least 3 days per week. Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of one of these offices and be willing to work in-office on a regular basis.

In this role, you will...
ServiceLink is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst - Client Integrations to support the onboarding and technical integration of clients into ServiceLink's platforms. The role works across product, engineering, QA, and operations to gather requirements, design workflows, map events, and guide integrations through successful delivery.
The ideal candidate uses AI-assisted documentation and workflow tools to capture requirements, generate process diagrams, and streamline analysis.
WHO YOU ARE
You possess ...
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience working with APIs (REST, SOAP, or similar), including understanding payloads, authentication, error handling, and status codes.
  • Experience supporting system integrations, workflow-driven platforms, or data-exchange projects.
  • Proficiency with documentation, workflow, and AI-assisted tools for capturing requirements and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for both client-facing and internal collaboration.
  • Ability to work on-site Tuesday-Thursday in Pittsburgh, PA or Plano, TX.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering
  • Serve as the primary liaison for client integration projects.
  • Lead discovery sessions to define workflows, data exchanges, event triggers, and business rules.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to capture requirements, summarize discussions, and generate documentation.
  • Translate client needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.

API, Workflow, Event & Data Mapping
  • Analyze client integration needs and document API request/response structures, payload definitions, authentication, and error handling.
  • Build workflow diagrams, event sequences, data mappings, and integration specifications.
  • Partner with engineering to validate integration design and technical feasibility.

Engineering & QA Collaboration
  • Ensure engineering teams fully understand requirements and workflows.
  • Develop test cases and acceptance criteria supporting API behavior, workflow logic, and data exchange.
  • Support QA with functional validation, defect analysis, and retesting.
  • Track integration progress and help drive delivery to meet deadlines.

UAT & Operational Support
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with internal operations teams and external clients.
  • Prepare UAT scenarios, manage defects, track results, and support resolutions.
  • Assist with go-live readiness and provide support through post-implementation stabilization.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
