Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise to support business process improvements and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and implement Salesforce-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Support Salesforce configuration, testing, and enhancements.
  • Create process flows, data maps, and project documentation.
  • Conduct user training and support change management activities.
  • Work within Agile/SCRUM environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
