Purpose:
To assist in the maintenance and security of all facilities within St. Anthony-New Brighton Independent School District 282 and St. Anthony City Parks, including Central, Emerald, and Silver Point.
Responsibilities:
School District Facilities:
Provide supervision for events including private rentals and Community Services sponsored activities. Building Supervisors will: access buildings using proper security methods, maintain building security, supervise activities, assist patrons, handle conflicts, provide setup and take down assistance for activities and rentals, and properly secure buildings after use.
City Parks:
Clean park buildings after rentals to ensure a clean and safe facility for all users.
Building Supervisors will: access park buildings using proper security methods, thoroughly complete cleaning list to ensure building is ready for the next rental, and properly secure buildings after use.
Actively communicate with Community Services Facilities Coordinator regarding any issues or concerns that renters have as well as any potential hazards in buildings that need attention.
Employment Dates: hours available on weekday evenings and weekends, 12 months a year
2-8 hours per week, hours vary depending on schedule
Salary: $16.69 to $19.51 per hour
