You are

- Be engaged in the daily operating activities of the estimating team
- Manage output of job files, budget production and documentation systems
- Promote professional business relationships with sub-contractors and vendors through clear, professional communication.
- Stay current with changes and innovations within the construction industry
- Support Sales, Construction, Interior Design and Design departments to facilitate internal workflows.
- Complete pricing requests and requests for extras and options for internal teams
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of the price book and of housing specs and scopes of work
- Assist in job preparation including preliminary pricing
- Issue purchase orders and request for quotes in alignment with the construction schedule
- Support continuous improvement of procedures and software initiatives for maintaining efficiency
