We are a client-focused public accounting firm in Meridian, ID serving small businesses, construction companies, real estate professionals, and service-based businesses who rely on us to help them stay on a healthy financial path. Our mission is simple: help clients get their numbers right so they can get their businesses right. We're seeking a strong Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper to help us elevate client experience and support our growing team.


What You'll Do

This is a hands-on role where you'll be the initial point of contact for the firm:


  • Help create a welcoming, professional environment for both clients and staff
  • Phones answered live during core hours; including delivering messages to the right person the same day.
  • Texts, mail, and client inquiries routed accurately and promptly.
  • Support our Office Manager with general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with filing, client database work, and keeping things organized.
  • Bookkeeping support tasks as time allows

You will make it easier for our accountants, bookkeepers, and advisors to focus on serving clients while you help us interact and manage administrative things with our clients.

  • Incoming texts, mail, and client inquiries are handled professionally

What You Bring


Required:

  • 1+ years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience.
  • Warm professional phone presence with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with names, numbers, and contact information.
  • Comfortable with Office technology, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent coverage during core office hours.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential client information.
  • Ability to work in a paperless environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a CPA firm, professional services office, or other client-facing professional environment.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge or experience with QuickBooks.
  • Experience with client portals or practice management software.
  • Experience working in a paperless environment.
