Who We’re Looking For:

Experienced Caregivers - Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Homemakers, Companions who are:

  • Bilingual Italian/English Required

  • Experience in Dementia and Alzheimer's Care

  • Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy

  • Adaptable to new situations and environments

  • A good listener and able to remain calm in stressful situations

  • A natural at multitasking

  • Reliable and ready to work

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Able to pass a national background check

  • Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

  • Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks

  • Willing to prepare and cook healthy meals

  • Able to perform basic housekeeping duties

A big plus for us are caregivers who are:

  • Experienced with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment

  • Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle - must have a clean record

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with daily living skills like grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene

  • Supporting mobility, transfers, and light exercises

  • Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping

  • Offering companionship and social engagement

  • Keeping detailed notes of care and changes

  • Providing transportation to appointments and errands
