Position Overview
As the full-time Bar Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in delivering WOW customer experiences. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and teaching, you prioritize relationships and attract a diverse network, you make quality decisions to drive results, and your store and team represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively within the Yellow Rose brand.
Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Leading by example
  • Assisting General Manager in all bar orders with distributors/ suppliers
  • Assisting General Manager in completing monthly inventory and receiving shipments
  • Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming, inclusive environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Stepping out from behind the bar to attend to the customers who are shopping around the store
  • Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts
  • Uphold all liquor laws and regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service

Qualifications/Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED, Associate's degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management a plus
  • Must be 21+ and hold a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one
