Job description

The Opportunity:

Red River Co-op is recruiting for the position of Assistant Gas Bar Manager at our Teulon Gas Bar located in Teulon, MB.ย This position reports to the Gas Bar Manager. The Assistant Gas Bar Manager adds value to our Co-operative by assisting in day-to-day operations of the gas bar.

Essential responsibilities of the position include the following:

  • Develop and promote a strong culture of engagement within the store.ย 
  • Support the Gas Bar Manager in daily operations of the Gas Bar.
  • Lead your team to provide world class customer service.
  • Do your part in helping to achieve financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses and profits.
  • Ensure shift to shift standards of the Gas Bar are met, including cleanliness and sanitation, safety standards, inventory control, rotation, ordering and commitment buys.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
