Current Management Opportunities
Hospitality Manager

Lead front-of-house operations by ensuring exceptional guest service, coaching service staff, managing the dining room, resolving guest concerns, and supporting daily restaurant operations.

Bar Manager

Oversee all bar operations, including beverage quality, inventory management, ordering, staff development, responsible alcohol service, and maximizing beverage sales while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Kitchen Manager

Lead back-of-house operations by ensuring food quality, consistency, sanitation, labor management, inventory control, food cost performance, and the development of kitchen staff.

Host Manager

Lead the guest arrival experience by managing reservations, seating strategy, waitlists, host team performance, guest flow, and ensuring every guest receives a warm and professional welcome.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience required
  • Previous leadership experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing labor, scheduling, and operational performance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Alcohol service certification where applicable
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor team members through consistent feedback and accountability.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by proactively resolving concerns and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Monitor labor, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and coach employees throughout each shift.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
  • Partner with the General Manager to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering, and cost control as appropriate for the position.
  • Support special events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
