Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in Birmingham, AL. The Paralegal will assist attorneys in all phases of case management, including organizing and maintaining case files, drafting and formatting legal documents, and managing discovery materials. Daily tasks include legal research, document review, preparing case summaries, and coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. The role also involves scheduling depositions and hearings, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with court rules and firm procedures. Qualifications
