Reporting to the Deputy Director of Athletics, this position will provide frontline business operational management for the Department of Athletics. This role will be critical to the organization, implementation and adherence to USNH, UNH, NCAA and conference policies in generated external revenues, youth summer camps, and departmental fiscal activity. The Business Operations Specialist will support the CFO Office by providing support in financial reporting, internal and external audits and managing departmental specific financial activities.

Knowledge of budget management, financial and managerial accounting principles and financial analysis
Experience in a financial role, preferably in collegiate athletics.
Intermediate Excel skills using Pivot tables, data queries, and all intermediate formula development
Strength in developing/managing organizational processes to maximize efficiencies with limited resources
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Aptitude for learning and thriving in a team setting.
Ability to work on-campus in New Hampshire.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Business Administration or Sports Management preferred.
Five or more years working in an intercollegiate athletics finance role.
