Job description

Title: Area Supervisor Pay : $18-20/hour, DOE Hours : Typical schedule is M-F 2-10:30p; however, flexibility - including weekends - is required. Function: Ensure customer service is performed and delivered according to contracted specifications within region and company policies, procedures, systems, and training. Assist in achieving financial goals for the account within the region and company guidelines.

Education: High school diploma. Ability to effectively read and write in English: Bilingual preferred Experience: Demonstrate proficiency in all basic functions of the direct reports. Demonstrate ability to work with people, including customers.

Prefer experience in training others. One year supervising others; creating and managing employee work schedules; knowledge of industry related state and federal regulations; operating within budgetary guidelines; maintaining employee and customer satisfaction and relationships. Skills: Train and motivate others, create a positive work environment, and coach others to success.

Ability to communicate with immediate supervisor, employees, and customer Give and receive constructive feedback, as well as direction from supervisor Create and achieve measurable goals. Operate accounts within budgetary guidelines.
