Architectural Engineer / Project Manager (Commercial Projects)

Holiday, FL (Fully In-Office)

I am representing a well-established full-service A&E firm with an immediate opening in their Holiday, FL office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Architectural professional with a strong background in commercial projects and a proven ability to produce high-quality working drawings.

This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of projects from design through construction documents while coordinating with internal teams and clients. Candidates must have solid commercial experience. Those primarily focused on residential work will not be a fit.


What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design and production of construction documents for commercial and industrial projects
• Develop detailed working drawings using Revit
• Manage and coordinate projects with internal engineering teams and external consultants
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and standards
• Assist with specifications, documentation, and overall project delivery
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout project phases


What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field
• 7+ years of experience with a strong focus on commercial projects
• Proven track record producing construction documents (this is critical)
• Strong proficiency in Revit is required
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of building codes and project coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
