Key Responsibilities:
- Construction Documents: Prepare and manage technical documents.
- Consultant Coordination: Work with various consultants and designers.
- Design and Programming: Involved in all phases from design to administration.
- Construction Administration: Oversee construction processes and documentation.
- Manage Staff: Manage other staff members as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years minimim in an architectural office.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
- Multi-family project experience and familiarity with Lumion and Enscape are beneficial.
- Education: An architectural degree is a plus but not required; registration is not necessary.
- Attributes: Client-focused and developer friendly, self-motivated, with strong technical, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
