Trinity collaborates with retirementplan sponsors and their associated financial professionals in delivering ahighly effective administration and compliance solution for their employersponsored retirement plan.

What Our Relationship Managers are responsible for: Operations

• Logall email, phone, and meeting activities.
• Followup on items necessary to complete annual administration and compliance testing.
• Participateand assist with onboarding new clients.

Relationship Management

• Collaboratewith other departments, including partnering with sales regarding internalsales opportunities.
• Answeremails with calls.
• Followand enforce service standards.
• Explain,in a clear manner, to Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors the various aspectsof administration and compliance.
• Proactivelycommunicate with Financial Advisors, CPAs, and Plan Sponsors.
• Conductface-to-face meetings with Plan Sponsors and their associated FinancialAdvisor.

Consulting

• Anticipateclient questions and problems and work toward solutions that are technicallyclear and accurate.
• Beable to read, understand and interpret client reports.
• Communicatecomplex pension concepts in a simple manner.
• Scrubbook of business for internal sales opportunities and collaborate with Sales.
• ManageClient expectations relative to Trinity Service Standards.
• Stayabreast of industry trends, market, and competitors.

Requirements

• Dedicationto revenue retention is a must!
• Abilityto manage office functions efficiently, organize work, establish priorities,and maintain good interpersonal relations.
• Beable to learn, apply and explain new technical knowledge in a simplifiedmanner.
• Possessoutstanding communication and computer/software skills, and demonstratetrustworthiness, adaptability, and responsiveness.
• Challenger:You dig into Plan Sponsor responses with more questions to get to the actualwhy. You’re not afraid to re-frame the way Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisorsthink with a consultative approach.
• Listener:You listen to every word a Financial Advisor and Plan Sponsor tells you,knowing you can later use this information to proactively provide consultativesolutions that meet their goals and objectives.
• StrongCommunicator: You take key findings from the Financial Advisor and Plan Sponsorinteractions and communicate it back to the Trinity Pension Consultants team to improve strategy, systems, and processes.
• Possessa relentless pursuitto be successful.

Must Haves:

• 7+years of Client Relationship Management experience with qualified retirementplans.
• Bachelor’sDegree preferred.
• Experiencein building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellentverbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Proficientcomputer / software skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Disciplineand drive to stay focused and motivated with limited supervision.
• Effectivetime management and organization capabilities with a focus on delivering superbclient experience.
