What The Position is About:

  • Full P&L ownership of the company’s residential replacement, repair, maintenance, and service business across all markets
  • Responsible for driving revenue growth through customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion optimization, market expansion, and revenue performance
  • Drive lead generation, lead conversion, and overall retail revenue growth across all markets
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities in new geographic markets
  • Lead a team of approximately 40 employees, including the Service Operations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Marketing Director, and Customer Service Director
  • Implement scalable processes, KPI dashboards, and operating playbooks while leveraging ServiceTitan and NetSuite to drive performance
  • Approximately 20-25% travel, especially during expansion periods when getting new markets off the ground

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 10+ years of progressive sales, marketing, and operations leadership experience within the home improvement industry
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple functions or markets in an aftermarket, service-oriented business
  • Experience growing businesses through geographic expansion, opening new locations, or entering new markets
  • Strong P&L ownership experience and a track record of driving revenue and margin growth
  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience working in a private equity-backed environment with executive and board-level exposure preferred
  • ServiceTitan or similar field service platform experience is a plus
