About the Role
An established medical aesthetics practice in Panama City, FL is seeking a friendly, polished, and dependable Aesthetic Practice Receptionist to join our team.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours as the needs of the practice grow. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating a great patient experience, communicates well, stays organized, and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate is warm, professional, detail-oriented, and interested in aesthetics, skincare, and wellness.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Part-time
  • $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
  • Opportunity for additional hours
  • Some occasional after-hours patient or practice support may be required and is compensated
  • In-person position in Panama City, FL
Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional approach
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using practice management software
  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and patient inquiries
  • Assist patients with general questions about services and current promotions
  • Process payments and accurately complete checkout
  • Assist with skincare and retail purchases
  • Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow
  • Complete patient follow-up communications as assigned
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front office environment
  • Assist with general administrative and daily practice needs
Requirements
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, salon, or the beauty industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning scheduling and practice management software
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Interest in aesthetics and skincare is a plus
  • Flexibility to assist with occasional compensated needs outside of regular scheduled hours
