Job Title: Temporary Office Administrator
Location: Petaluma, CA
Job Type: Temporary (3+ Month Assignment)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Job Summary
Our client in Petaluma is seeking a dependable and organized Temporary Office Administrator for a 3+ month assignment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative duties, has excellent customer service skills, and can keep an office running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and courteously
  • Schedule service appointments, jobs, and inspections
  • Apply for city and county permits
  • Prepare and send customer estimates
  • Generate invoices and accurately process customer payments
  • Assist with payroll and employee timekeeping
  • Maintain organized electronic files and office records
  • Provide administrative support to office staff
  • Perform other general office duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
