Job Opening: Assistant Admin & Assistant HR

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assistant Admin and Assistant HR. The ideal candidates will support daily administrative and human resource functions while contributing to a positive and efficient workplace.


Key Responsibilities

✅ Assistant Admin:

  • Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, documentation, invoicing,)
  • Answer phones, handle daily office duties.
  • Assist in maintaining company records and reports
  • Perform other clerical duties, as designated by Supervisor

✅ Assistant HR:

  • Support recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Perform other Human Resource duties, as designated by Supervisor


Qualifications

  • Degree in Management, Human Resources, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
