Assistant Administrator to join our leadership team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Assistant Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Administrator and contribute to the overall success and well-being of our center while adhering to local, state and federal regulations and laws of SNFs/LTCF.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Administrator in managing the day-to-day operations of the center
- Assist in coordinating and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of quality care
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement initiatives to improve resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and overall performance
- Conduct administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, filing, and data entry
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including families, physicians, and community partners
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality care standards

QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in state of PA strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills necessary to successfully manage day-to-day operations in accordance with all local, state and federal codes, rules and regulations
- Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary skills
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and areas of specialty care
- Exhibit strong organizational capabilities
- Demonstrate empathy and good listening skills
- Remain flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
