The Office & Tax Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Vermont office while providing administrative support to the Tax team. This position serves as a key resource for keeping the office organized, welcoming, and running efficiently, while also assisting with tax-related administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, tracking, and record maintenance.
The role is primarily focused on office administration, with approximately 20-30% of the position dedicated to tax administration. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing excellent service to employees, clients, and visitors.
