Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities - Office Assistant (Athletic Department):

  • Check Chapman University IDs for all individuals entering the pool deck
  • Confirm that each individual has completed the required liability form for pool use
  • Maintain an organized and professional presence at the pool entrance
  • Communicate politely and clearly with pool users and staff
  • Report any unauthorized access or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
  • other duties as assigned by supervisor
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications
A cell phone, laptop, and or PC will be necessary for daily responsibilities. Communication is key; if something comes up, it is expected that you reach out and update your supervisor. Reliable transportation.
Special Instructions to Applicants
  • Applicants must be available to work the full shift during open hours, specifically from 11:45 AM to 2:15 PM.
  • A minimum commitment of three shifts per week is required.
  • Availability to work one day per weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) is mandatory each week.
