Build, update, and maintain spreadsheets and reports in Microsoft Excel.

Audit and reconcile data between ADP and Excel reports, correcting discrepancies.

Prepare daily and weekly operational and headcount reports for warehouse leadership.

Maintain accurate records and organize files, paperwork, and confidential documents.

Answer emails and phone calls professionally.

Assist with scheduling and general office support duties.

Communicate effectively with managers, employees, and other departments.

Pivot tables โ€“ building and refreshing them to summarize headcount, hours, or attendance data.

VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP โ€“ matching data between two spreadsheets (for example, matching an ADP export against a roster).

Formulas โ€“ SUM, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF statements.

Sorting and filtering large data sets.

Text-to-columns, find and replace, and removing duplicates to clean up exported data.

Formatting โ€“ freeze panes, conditional formatting, and printing clean, readable reports.

Qualifications

At least one (1) year of administrative, payroll, or data entry experience preferred.

Proficient Microsoft Excel skills are required (see the skills listed above).

ADP experience strongly preferred; experience with a comparable payroll/HRIS system will be considered.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.

Fast, accurate data entry and strong computer skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy โ€” this role is heavy on data.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Hiring Process โ€” Requirements to Be Considered

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must:

  • Email an updated rรฉsumรฉ to molly@bluecrewjobs.com. Rรฉsumรฉs must be sent by email โ€” we cannot consider applicants who do not submit one.

  • Be available for a phone screening.
  • Attend an in-person interview. Interviews are required โ€” there are no exceptions.
  • Complete an Excel skills test at the interview. The test is administered on site and covers the Excel skills listed above, including pivot tables and lookups. Come prepared.
