Job Summary:
Gridsource is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure an efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, maintain records, and provide excellent support to staff and visitors.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Respond to customer complaint calls and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors to investigate and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding complaint status and resolution.
  • Track and monitor complaints to ensure issues are addressed promptly and closed in a timely manner.
  • Escalate unresolved issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and office documents
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory levels
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and company events when needed
  • Support accounting tasks such as invoices, expense tracking, and payroll assistance
