Assistant Administrator/Assistant Executive DirectorAddress: 164 Parkingway Quincy MA 02169 Hancock Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an Assistant Administrator/Assistant Executive Director to join our leadership team!This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed Nursing Home Administrator or recently completed an AIT looking to gain hands-on operational experience and take the next step!Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Administrator in the day-to-day operation of the facility

  • Participate in leadership meetings, operational reviews, and facility rounds

  • Support regulatory compliance and ongoing survey readiness

  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives

  • Work with Nursing and department leaders to support strong clinical and operational outcomes

  • Assist with recruitment, retention, staffing, employee relations, and leadership development

  • Support resident and family relations and assist with resolving concerns

  • Participate in admissions, census development, marketing, and community relations

  • Review key operational and financial metrics and assist with action plans

  • Participate in special projects and organizational initiatives

  • Assume additional administrative responsibilities as delegated by the Administrator

Qualifications
  • Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator license strongly preferred

  • Recent graduate of an approved Massachusetts Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field preferred

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred
