Join Assisting Hands of Greater Murray as a CNA Admin!
This crucial role combines hands-on caregiving, caregiver mentorship, and administrative support. You'll work closely with our Agency Director to help develop and support a strong team of caregivers while ensuring our clients receive exceptional care. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Agency Director to enhance caregiver training
  • Attend and teach scheduled training sessions
  • Provide individualized training for caregivers as needed
  • Perform introductory & supervisory visits
  • Cover caregiving shifts as needed
  • Assist with pairing caregivers to appropriate clients
This position is perfect for a CNA who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll continue using your caregiving skills while gaining valuable leadership, training, and administrative experience.
Qualifications:
  • CNA in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years CNA experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Timely and professional communication 
  • Available as needed within agreed upon hours
This role includes both office and field responsibilities. You will spend time developing and teaching caregiver training, conducting visits with caregivers and clients, and supporting agency operations. This is a part-time position, and hours are negotiable.
