Sunland SpecialtyInsurance Group is looking for an experienced, licensed Account Manager.Candidate will be responsible for Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Account Management and is located in Chattanooga, TN:
  • Responsiblefor the day to day servicing our commercial/personal insurance clients in orderto provide outstanding customer service by communicating via email, phone andin person
  • Determinesappropriate client service support for new and existing clients; responds toclient and carrier inquiries, maintains, and enhances the company'srelationships with existing clients by executing proactive and ongoing contactinitiatives
  • Promptlyrespond to policy coverage related questions from clients in accordance withagency standards and workflows

• Independently enters and maintains accounts/policies inApplied EPIC, reviews insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy; reviewscontracts and special certificate of insurance requests for compliance andresponse to insured.
the needs of the client and identify cross-selling opportunities;expands/rounds-out existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage,recommending, and implementing proper coverage.
