Patient Account Representative

Location: Grand Island, NE
Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Wage: Up to $20/hour, based on experience

Revenue Cycle Specialists, Inc. is a sister company of Credit Management Services, Inc. We specialize in helping patients and healthcare providers navigate the financial side of healthcare with clarity, respect and professionalism.

We are seeking a Patient Account Representative who is comfortable communicating by phone, resolving account issues, and helping patients understand their balances and available payment options.

What Youll Do

As a Patient Account Representative, you will:

  • Contact patients regarding outstanding account balances
  • Explain insurance payments and patient responsibility in a clear, professional manner
  • Assist patients in setting up payment arrangements and identifying resolution options
  • Update account records with detailed notes and call outcomes
  • Work collaboratively to resolve billing and account inquiries
