Card Services Representative

The Card Services Representative is the consistent point of contact for customers regarding Visa Check card troubleshooting and disputes. Employees in this position excel in customer service, relationship building and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Will assist with support questions from customers and employees regarding Visa Check card ordering, troubleshooting and disputes. Will resolve Enfact cases. Will support digital wallet services including ApplePay, GooglePay and SamsungPay. Compile month-end department reports and reconcile internal bank accounts. Assist with keeping procedures updated.

Qualifications:

Equivalent to a high school education. Position may require travel outside bank. Working knowledge of personal computer and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Ability to deliver unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.
