Assistant Account Manager - Property & Casualty
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Account Manager to join our growing Property & Casualty team. This role is ideal for someone early in their insurance career who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into a full Account Manager position.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and customer service support to the P&C team
  • Assist with policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and supporting account needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Learn coverages, products, and agency operations to build toward an Account Manager role

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
  • Active4-40 license required; 2-20 license preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
