Why an Asset Associate is important to Bright:   

The Asset Associate is primarily responsible for assisting the Asset Management Team as required, identifying/preparing the daily transfer plus shuttle needs while looking for opportunities to balance, reduce, or eliminate unnecessary transfers whenever feasible. The Asset Coordinator will also assist with other functions such as reconciling the laundry returns, cycle counts, working with M&D, warehouse team members, sales team, and vendor partners to ensure full quality service while meeting all the objectives of the Asset Team.

  • Ability to learn/master Alert Management System 
  • Computer or Technology literate - familiarity with PC operating systems and Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom

Your contributions to the Bright Team: 

  • Run proper asset reports daily for review and evaluation. 
  • Determine what items and quantities need to be transferred in or out of each location. 
  • Create transfer tickets and book or add items as needed-always initiate following week transfer on Friday. 
  • Ensure quality control of all assets. 
  • Review, validate for accuracy, add approved last-minute additions, and revise transfer tickets before finalizing. 
  • Check transfer load size to reduce or eliminate multiple truck loads. 
  • Send finalized transfer tickets to the appropriate team for preparation within specified time frame. 
  • Close transfer tickets from preceding day 
  • Process regional laundry shuttle adjustments daily. 
  • Communicate with the Sales and Operational Team weekly of any adjustments made to any assets to ensure the availability and accuracy of all products. 
  • Process in-house damages for removal as required or necessary 
  • Request and perform cycle counts as required. 
  • Spend time in the Warehouse multiple times weekly and partner with Warehouse Team and Field Operations Team to identify quality control measures. 
  • Assist Asset Management Team with additional tasks as assigned.
