We combine strategic software automation, precise inventory auditing, and streamlined physical logistics to ensure our workforce is seamlessly equipped with the tools they need. As a highly collaborative and detail-oriented group, we bridge the gap between high-level vendor compliance and hands-on, day-to-day technical support. Auditing
  • System Accuracy: Inventory internal hardware to ensure that all devices are correctly logged in our asset management system.
  • Discrepancy Investigation: Audit user devices to ensure asset systems correctly reflect our current state and investigate any discrepancies.
Ticket Queue & Support

  • Hardware Deployment: Deploy and assist in setting up laptops, desktops, tablets, storage media devices, cellular devices, monitors, peripherals, etc.
  • Support Ticket Resolution: Handle incoming tickets using Jira, walk-up requests, and provide deskside support as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Soft Skills: Must be eager, motivated, collaborative, reliable, and highly customer-focused.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail. This position is highly focused on verifying serial numbers and matching specifications to ensure proper documentation.
  • Inventory Control: Experience maintaining and keeping accurate inventory counts.
  • Physical Capability: Comfortable with physical labor, standing/walking for most of the day, and able to lift heavy items (50 lbs+).
  • Technical Support: Ticketing experience (for desktop-related incidents), deskside support, and hands-on technical troubleshooting tasks.
  • Certified forklift operator or ability and interest to get certified.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
