We have a great opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our team! The primary responsibility of this key position is to oversee the operations and management of the branch. Your role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the calibration lab, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving business targets.


Key responsibilities and skills required for this role:

  • Operations Management: You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the calibration lab, including scheduling and coordinating the calibration activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead a team of calibration technicians and other staff members. Your role includes providing guidance, training, and support to the team, as well as monitoring their performance and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that excellent customer service is provided.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of calibration services is essential. You will implement and maintain quality control procedures, monitor calibration processes, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
