Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (on campus: 15 N Cheyenne Ave, Tulsa, OK 74103)


Purpose

At Atlas School, we are dedicated to our students' success and committed to providing them with our best service from start to finish. The Campus & Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring our campus remains a best-in-class learning and working environment for students and staff. This role supports daily facilities operations, purchasing, inventory management, event logistics, staff experience initiatives, and basic technology troubleshooting. The Coordinator maintains a constant pulse on campus needs-optimizing spaces, coordinating with vendors, and supporting operational workflows that enhance the overall student and staff experience. You will join a highly motivated team driven to train the next generation of software engineers for Tulsa.


Tasks

  • Ensure the campus is maintained as a clean, safe, and high-quality learning environment.
  • Conduct scheduled basic maintenance and service tasks across the campus.
  • Manage inventory processes for campus goods, supplies, and equipment.
  • Order snacks, beverages, and supplies for employee breakroom.
  • Order office supplies, equipment, and operational materials for staff.
  • Coordinate catering for internal meetings, trainings, and special events.
  • Support event logistics for internal and external events, including setup and vendor coordination.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with invoice processing and administrative tasks.
  • Support basic troubleshooting and problem-solving for technology issues affecting staff and students.
  • Maintain booking systems for campus rooms, spaces, and technology resources.
  • Support staff team-building activities and culture-building events.
  • Oversee staff recognition efforts, including birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones.
  • All other duties as assigned

Work Activities

  • Provide basic on-site technology support for staff and students; escalate issues to IT partners as needed.
  • Serve as an on-site point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Manage orders and restocking of campus supplies when inventory is low.
  • Support campus access control systems, including badge creation, replacement, and event-specific access planning.
  • Oversee the booking and use of on-campus resources and assets, ensuring reliable access to conference rooms, technology, and learning spaces.
  • Assist with student and/or staff onboarding through campus setup (internet/computer access, parking, badges, etc.).
  • Support team members with campus events, activities, and operational projects.
  • Maintain procedures that ensure a clean, safe, and organized campus environment.
  • Serve as a resource to students and staff for questions related to campus facilities, assets, and access.

Qualifications:

Education & Experiences

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred: IT experience, previous work with software & hardware (desktop computers, network access troubleshooting, active directory)
  • Preferred: Experience with building and facilities maintenance and operations..
