Our Industry Solutions offering provides verticalized solutions that transform how clients sell products, deliver services, generate growth, and execute mission-critical operations. We deliver integrated business expertise with scalable, repeatable technology solutions specifically engineered for each sector.
Deloitte's Financial Services industry business delivers a robust suite of integrated solutions designed to address the multifaceted operational, technological, regulatory, and risk management needs of financial institutions. Our team works across all sectors of the industry-including banking, capital markets, investment management, insurance, and real estate-to help our clients solve complex business challenges and adapt to a rapidly evolving marketplace. Deloitte's unique strength lies in our deep industry experience and capability to align comprehensive resources across Audit & Assurance, Tax, and Consultative Offerings-supporting clients to drive strategic transformation and sustainable growth.
The Banking and Capital Markets sector serves universal and regional banks, capital markets and securities firms, and payment networks with U.S. operations. The team focuses on delivering customer insights, growth and digital strategies, operational transformation, human capital, and technology modernization services to bank executives. We help clients address regulatory reform, technological modernization, competitive dynamics, and market growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in product management, program management, or technology delivery roles
- 8+ years of experience leading large, complex technology programs in a client-facing or consulting environment
- 8+ years of experience identifying client business issues, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing deliverable quality, and developing client recommendations
- Experience in payments or digital assets from at least one prior role, including real-time payments, cross-border payments, card networks, automated clearing house (ACH), wire, International Organization for Standardization 20022 (ISO 20022), blockchain, distributed ledger technology (DLT), tokenization, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), or stablecoins
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree, including Master of Business Administration or Master of Science
- Experience with financial services technology platforms and digital innovation, including payment processors, core banking systems, digital wallets, or blockchain protocols
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: retail banking, commercial banking, transaction banking, wholesale banking, cards and payments, private equity, or capital markets
- Certification or formal training in one or more of the following: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum, or similar product or program management methodology
- Experience developing and presenting proposal responses, business cases, or executive presentations for financial services clients
- Experience presenting to director-, vice president-, or C-suite-level stakeholders within large financial institutions
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $148,200 to $292,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
