As the Global Lead, IT Asset Management, you will define and execute the global ITAM strategy, own end-to-end lifecycle governance for hardware and software assets, and lead a high-performing global team. You will partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Security, and I&O to optimize spend, reduce risk, and enable data-driven decisions—while ensuring alignment to ITIL, GxP, and corporate policies.

What You’ll Do
  • Global ITAM Strategy & Governance (25%)

    • Define, own, and execute the global IT Asset Management strategy across FLBG
    • Establish enterprise-wide governance frameworks, SOPs, and operating models
    • Align with ITIL, GxP, and corporate policies; define KPIs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks
  • Leadership & Organizational Direction (20%)

    • Lead and develop a global organization of asset managers and specialists
    • Define organizational structure, roles, and capability roadmap
    • Build a high-performance, service-oriented, and compliance-focused culture
    • Serve as senior escalation point and decision authority for asset-related matters
  • Asset Lifecycle & Operational Excellence (15%)

    • Own and govern end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software assets globally
    • Standardize processes for procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
    • Drive automation and integration with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow CI/CMDB)
    • Ensure global data accuracy, visibility, and operational maturity
  • Vendor, Contract & Financial Ownership (15%)

    • Own global vendor strategy and relationships (hardware and software)
    • Oversee contract negotiations, licensing agreements, and Notices of Contract Approval (NCA)
    • Manage and forecast multi-million asset budgets with Finance
    • Drive cost optimization and ROI through license and asset utilization
  • Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement (10%)

    • Build enterprise asset intelligence (reports, dashboards, insights)
    • Enable data-driven decision-making for Digital Workplace investments
    • Identify optimization opportunities across utilization and lifecycle costs
  • Compliance, Risk & Audit Leadership (10%)

    • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements, audits, and regulatory requirements
    • Lead internal and external audit readiness and remediation
    • Mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks across asset management
Minimum Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
Minimum Experience Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in IT Asset Management / IT Operations
  • 5+ years in leadership roles (global scope)
  • Proven experience in regulated/GxP environments
  • Strong expertise in ITIL, asset lifecycle governance, and ServiceNow ITSM platforms
  • Extensive experience in vendor management, financial ownership, and negotiation
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling global functions
Knowledge & Skills
  • Deep expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • Strong understanding of Digital Workplace ecosystems (endpoints, M365, mobility)
  • Executive-level stakeholder management and communication
