JOB OVERVIEW:

The Asset Management Analyst will play an integral role in supporting the strategy, performance, execution, and value creation of Stockdale Capital Partners' retail real estate portfolio across the full investment life cycle. The Analyst will work closely with senior asset management professionals, acquisitions, leasing, property management, and development teams to evaluate opportunities, support transaction execution, and ensure assets perform in line with underwriting assumptions and investment objectives from initial evaluation through disposition.

  • Work closely with leasing teams to evaluate prospective tenants, analyze proposed lease terms, and support efforts to drive occupancy and optimize tenant mix
  • Track lease expirations, options, restrictions, and key lease provisions across the portfolio
  • Assist with the financial evaluation of lease transactions and tenant credit review where applicable
  • Prepare financial analyses, portfolio updates, and presentations for senior management, investors, and lenders
  • Support capital improvement initiatives including budgeting, return analysis, and coordination with development and property management teams
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform leasing and strategic decisions across the portfolio
  • Coordinate across internal teams and third-party partners to support execution of asset-level initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ~1-3 years of experience in real estate private equity, asset management, acquisitions, investment sales, development, or a related financial role
  • Proficiency in Argus
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Basic knowledge of real estate finance, valuation, leasing, and property operations
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
