Position Summary
The Maintenance & Asset Coordinator is responsible for coordinating preventive maintenance activities, maintaining equipment records, administering asset data, and controlling maintenance documentation for Test Operations and Test Support. This role ensures preventive maintenance schedules remain current, equipment records are accurate, and maintenance documentation complies with company procedures.
This is an operations support position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with maintenance management systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance Coordination
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for Test Operations and Test Support equipment.
  • Print, distribute, track, and close preventive maintenance work orders within SAP PM.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance completion and follow up on outstanding work orders.
  • Create preventive maintenance schedules for newly installed equipment.
  • Update preventive maintenance task lists and maintenance plans as equipment or processes change.
  • Generate and distribute preventive maintenance backlog and status reports.
Asset & Equipment Administration
  • Create and maintain equipment master records and asset information within SAP.
  • Ensure equipment records remain accurate and current.
  • Support asset tracking and maintenance history documentation.
Document Control
  • Maintain Test Support procedures and work instructions.
  • Coordinate document reviews, revisions, approvals, and publication.
  • Ensure controlled documents are current and distributed according to established schedules.
Reporting & Administrative Support
  • Prepare maintenance reports and performance metrics.
  • Administer customer feedback surveys and compile results for management.
  • Support Test Operations and Test Support teams with maintenance documentation and administrative activities.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance coordination, asset management, operations support, document control, or administrative support within a manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or testing environment.
  • Experience using SAP PM or another CMMS preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • US Citizenship required due to ITAR restrictions
Preferred
  • Experience with preventive maintenance scheduling.
  • Familiarity with equipment asset management.
  • Experience with document control or quality systems.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, laboratory, or test operations.
