Job description

The Role

We are looking for a Director of Growth to fully own how new agents discover us, decide to join us, and ramp into production. This is not a "post-and-pray" recruiter job. You will be the face and the engine of our growth: building the funnel, running the conversations, hosting the events that pull talent toward us, and making sure every agent who signs has a clear, supported pathway to closing deals.

If you have recruited before and you can prove it, this role gives you ownership, a real seat at the table, and upside tied directly to the agents you bring in and develop.

Compensation:

$80,000 +

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract and recruit top real estate talent in the Miami area.
  • Lead engaging recruitment events and networking opportunities to build strong relationships with potential agents.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content that showcases our unique value proposition to prospective agents.
  • Guide new agents through a structured onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and ready to succeed.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our talent acquisition strategy.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where new agents feel empowered to share ideas and grow their careers.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging industry connections and innovative sourcing techniques.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of recruiting top talent in the real estate industry, particularly in the Miami area.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives to attract and retain high-performing real estate agents.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate engaging recruitment events and networking opportunities.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing teams to create compelling content.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide new agents through structured onboarding processes, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to foster a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages idea sharing and career growth among new agents.

About Company

We are one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in the area and have our corresponding title closing practice. We are building the kind of organization that clients want to work with repeatedly. We are obsessed with two things: helping our agents build production-level real estate businesses, and creating an environment where great people come, stay, and win.
