We're looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support our commercial real estate brokers and help deliver an excellent experience for our clients. This key client-facing role involves supporting members of the brokerage team, keeping transactions moving, and managing day-to-day coordination. What You'll Do

  • Supporting brokers across all aspects of leasing and sales transactions, including preparing documents and coordinating schedules
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, brokers, and internal teams throughout the deal process
  • Creating and updating marketing and presentation materials
  • Assisting with research on properties, comps, ownership records, and market information
  • Preparing transaction-related documentation, including Letters of Intent, listing agreements, and commission agreements
  • Coordinating due diligence and sale documentation and managing document execution through DocuSign
  • Maintaining accurate records in internal systems and CRM platforms (including Salesforce and other brokerage databases)
  • Assisting with marketing efforts and keeping broker materials current and organized
  • Managing multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of detail and responsiveness
  • Helping ensure an exceptional client experience by providing timely communication and professional support

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
  • Washington State Real Estate License preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • 2+ years of experience in administration, office management, finance, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and learning internal systems/CRM platforms
  • A professional, client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and lift/move items up to 20 pounds.
