Job description

Audubon is currently seeking a GE APM (Meridium) Asset Integrity Specialist to join our team. The Asset Integrity Specialist will be responsible for the execution, maintenance, and support of asset integrity and risk-based inspection (RBI) programs within GE Asset Performance Management (GE APM / Meridium). This role focuses on system configuration, data quality, RBI execution, and reporting in support of inspection and integrity teams.

This position does not require an engineering degree. It is intended for candidates with strong, practical experience using GE APM in industrial asset environments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a primary user and subject matter resource for GE APM (Meridium).
  • Build and maintain asset hierarchies, equipment records, circuits, and inspection plans.
  • Maintain damage mechanisms, corrosion data, inspection effectiveness, and RBI inputs per site standards.
  • Execute RBI assessments and refreshes within GE APM following approved methodologies.
  • Support RBI programs aligned with API 510, 570, 653, and 580/581 (execution and data management only; not the engineering authority).
  • Enter, review, and validate inspection data from inspectors, vendors, and engineers.
  • Track inspection findings, recommendations, and risk changes within GE APM.
  • Support inspection planning and prioritization using GE APM risk outputs.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within GE APM.
  • Perform data audits, cleanup, and validation to support RBI reviews and client audits.
  • Maintain inspection histories, CMLs, corrosion rates, and risk documentation.
  • Support data imports, exports, and integrations with CMMS or external systems as required.
  • Generate GE APM reports, risk summaries, inspection lists, and dashboards.
  • Provide clear data extracts and summaries for client reviews and management reporting.
  • Support preparation of RBI review packages and inspection scope documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of inspectors or analysts on GE APM workflows.
  • Follow standardized RBI and data management procedures across multiple sites.
  • Support system upgrades, migrations, and model updates.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-7+ years of hands-on experience with GE APM (Meridium).
  • Strong working knowledge of GE APM RBI modules and asset integrity workflows.
  • Experience supporting fixed equipment, piping, tanks, and inspection programs in refining, chemical, or midstream facilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong data management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting API 510 / 570 / 653 / 580 inspection programs.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as SAP PM or Maximo.
  • Experience supporting RBI reviews, audits, or insurance/regulatory documentation.
  • Prior experience in an owner/operator or integrity service provider environment.
  • Advanced GE APM / Meridium proficiency
