Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or aircraft maintenance, modification, reapir, and/or overhaul operations.
Experience in leading a team to meet critical schedules and resove complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues
Ability to obtain required Security Clearances for projects.
Desired Skills
Follows and completes Leader Standard Work daily.
Experience in Digital Environment (CATIA V5, 3Dex, Apriso).
Lean Manufacturing knowledge and application experience.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels.
Demonstrated use of COA principles and tools.
Experience with Determinant Assemblies (FSDA/MTDA) and/or First Article builds.
Able and willing to work other than first shift.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
