Job description

SHORT DESCRIPTION (2): Focuses on production planning and preparing production schedules for manufacturing of products.

 QUALIFICATIONS (2): High School or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred·        

1. maintain quality of IFS Basic Data such as: Time fences setting in Master Schedule level1, Manufacturing order cover time, Queue time on work center, Max hours per operation on work center, Safety time for F and SF inventory parts)

2. create and reschedule shop orders

3. create production schedule basing on customers demand defined in Master Schedule

4. daily monitoring of execution of shop orders

5. factory plan approval together with Production Supervisors

6. material reservation to shop orders

7. daily monitoring (together with Purchasing) of Negatives On Hand for defined number of days window and adjust created shop orders

8. capacity monitoring (for next 4 months) to deliver the information on capacity needs to Production Supervisors

9. extra order capacity verification and approval

10. production leveling in short term period (defined locally as under Production Planning responsibility)·        

11. experience in working with the ERP system

12. knowledge of MS Excel

13. knowledge of the production process
