Job description

Are you looking for a stable, full-time job with competitive pay and great benefits?

We're hiring Production Associates to join a growing food manufacturing team in Plover, WI. If you're dependable, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to start a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you!

Shift and Pay: 
Monday-Friday (occasionally Saturdays) 
2nd shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm – $19,46/hr

What You'll Do

  • Pack finished products into boxes
  • Inspect products for quality and remove defective items
  • Stack cartons and prepare products for shipment
  • Weigh and label boxes
  • Supply production lines with materials
  • Assist with palletizing and production line support
  • Use basic hand tools for simple equipment assembly
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all food safety and company quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or assembly experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 15 lbs. regularly and up to 30 lbs. occasionally
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
