Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

This role focuses on producing high-quality sporting goods products, with current openings in helmet molding and surface preparation, softball pad printing, and baseball/softball tee assembly. You support safe, efficient, and precise manufacturing processes while working as part of a small, collaborative production team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent daily attendance and arrive to work on time.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing processes and procedures at all times.
  • Read, understand, and follow departmental product specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support the manufacturing of sporting goods products.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to support activities beyond the core job description as part of a small, collaborative team.

Essential Skills

  • At least 6 months of previous work history within the past 12 months.
  • Ability to follow detailed product specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ability to operate production machinery safely and efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Comfort working with manufacturing processes such as molding, casting, sanding, and finishing.

Work Environment

Appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, sleeves, smocks, face shields, and face masks is required while performing certain tasks. Footwear must have covered toes, and employees may wear jeans or shorts in accordance with dress guidelines. Work is performed in small production cells of approximately 5–6 people, encouraging close collaboration. The position operates on a first shift schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
