Production Associate Position, Start immediately,

$21/hr, weekly pay

Description:

  • Train and work in four primary areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving.
  • Perform mechanical assembly on various products, including pumps and valves such as cartridge, in-line, and check valves.
  • Work in multiple assembly areas, ranging from basic assembly to electrical assembly and more sophisticated assembly operations.
  • Follow drawings and diagrams (non-blueprint format) to correctly assemble parts and components.
  • Handle and assemble small parts and metal pieces with precision and attention to detail.
  • Operate lapping machines to smooth product surfaces to specified tolerances and quality standards.
  • Perform order picking in the Conveyance department by pushing carts and selecting parts for delivery to assembly areas.
  • Support warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving tasks, as needed.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during assembly and related operations.
  • Conduct quality checks on products, including first piece, in-process, and final assembly inspections and testing.
  • Lift and move materials and components weighing up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.

Pay & Shift:

  • 1st shift Monday to Friday 7AM to 3.30PM
  • Pay is $21/hour.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
