Job description

Catcher – Production Associate - Heavy Lifter - Fast Pace Environment
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented associates to support production operations in a fast-paced candy manufacturing environment. The Catcher is responsible for handling finished candy products coming off the mogul or packaging lines, maintaining product quality, and supporting overall line efficiency.

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Shift: All 3 Shifts- 7:00am-3:15pm/3:00pm-11:15pm/11:00pm-7:15am
Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Catch and transfer candy from production lines to designated containers or conveyors
• Inspect product for quality and remove defective items immediately
• Support packaging and labeling operations as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with line setup, restocking materials, and minor production tasks
• Communicate effectively with line leads and team members to ensure production goals are met
• Follow all company safety protocols and report any equipment or product issues promptly

Qualifications & Skills:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work afternoon/evening shifts and overtime as needed

Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
