Job description

One of the sweetest benefits of this job is access to the company store, offering deeply discounted pricing on Tootsie Rolls, Dots, Junior Mints, Sugar Daddies, Chocolate Covered cherries and Mints!! In addition, because they have a Monday - Thursday workweek, you get a three-day weekend.

All you need to be able to do for this temporary to permanent position is:

  • Stand for the 10 hour shift
  • Have good attention to detail - customer don't want defective candy
  • Dexterity to package product quickly - some of these lines move really fast!
  • and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds


No experience necessary for work that pays $19-$20/hr.

Most openings will be on 2nd shift starting July 6th


All Shifts are Monday – Thursday

  • 1st FT shift - 4:45 am - 3:15 pm IF hired on at the end of the season becomes $26.49
  • 2nd FT shift 3:15 pm - 1:45 am IF hired on at the end of season becomes $27.49

Besides working in a clean air-conditioned facility, you will have access to the company store that sells ALL the Tootsie Roll products at deep discounts.
